We are comprised of Sparkies Kitchen & Bar, Stella's Table and Union 212 Banquet Hall located in the lakes area of Oakland County. We invite you to join our talented team that is committed to providing an amazing dining experience  to our guests whom we treat like family!

Expo Job Responsibilities:
The Expo's role is to contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our guests by organizing and preparing carry out orders as well as dine in orders. Running food to guests and offering grated cheese and cracked pepper to guests. Maintaining organization of tickets based on the time they are rung in by servers. Ensuring ticket times are reasonable during busy times. 
 
Responsibilities:   
 
  • Running food to tables and distributing food based on seating arrangements
  • Preparing carry out orders to guests specifications
  • Ensuring dishes are prepared to guests requirements such as allergies
  • Communicating with servers and kitchen staff 
  • Offering grated cheese and cracked pepper to all guests for their dishes
  • Maintaining expo in an organized fashion
  • Stocking plates for the kitchen
  • Filling pepper and cheese grinders 
  • Proper set up and take down of expo station
  • Stocking to-go containers and bags
  • Assisting servers as needed in bussing tables and resetting

Qualifications: 

  • Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred 
  • Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position 
  • Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
